Terms and Conditions – Auiator Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Auiator platform – whether through a web browser, the Auiator mobile app, or any other means – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all activities you undertake on the platform, including account registration, deposits in PKR, placing bets on cricket, PSL, football, or any other sport, playing slot games, live casino tables, bingo, and any other game categories offered in the Auiator Game Lobby.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Auiator. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the Auiator platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf – corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Auiator account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date.
• You must not be acting under any self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit you from accessing gaming platforms.

Auiator reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed for accounts where age has not been previously confirmed.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Auiator account only. Opening duplicate accounts – whether using the same identity or different details – is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected as belonging to the same individual, all accounts except the original may be closed and any bonuses, pending withdrawals, or bonus-derived winnings across those accounts may be voided.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Auiator will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. Auiator accepts no liability for losses that result from you sharing your credentials with a third party.

Account information, including email address, payment details, and phone number, must be kept accurate. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings promptly. Outdated contact information may delay withdrawals or prevent us from reaching you about account security.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Auiator are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• JazzCash – Mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals. Typically reflected within two minutes of confirmation.
• Easypaisa – Telenor mobile wallet. Available around the clock for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Raast – Real-time interbank transfer via SBP's Raast infrastructure.
• Bank Transfer – Direct PKR transfer from any major Pakistan commercial bank. Processing within one business day.
• Cards and Mobile Wallets – Debit and credit cards issued by Pakistan banks, and other supported mobile wallets where available.

Deposits are credited to your Auiator PKR balance after payment confirmation is received from the relevant payment provider. Auiator is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times, bank holidays, or network outages on the provider's side.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. Auiator may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above a certain threshold. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Auiator reserves the right to place temporary holds on withdrawals pending routine security or verification checks.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Auiator offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on slot games, and cricket betting promotions during PSL and international series. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity window. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per payment method unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real PKR.
• Bonus funds and real funds are kept separately in your balance. Real funds are used first in wagers unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Auiator reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, including adjusting wagering requirements for open claims where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or other abusive strategies will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

Specific terms for each promotion – including minimum deposit to qualify, eligible games, wagering multiplier, and expiry date – are published on the promotion detail page at the time of the offer. Always review the individual promotion terms before claiming.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on Auiator's sports betting section – including cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football, and esports – are subject to the specific rules displayed for each market at the time of placing the wager. General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where a cash-out or bet edit option is explicitly offered on that market.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or walkover, bets are settled according to the market-specific rules displayed at time of placement. Generally, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned.
• Auiator reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price where a manifest error in odds is evident. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the betting interface. Bets that would result in winnings above the stated maximum may be reduced or rejected.
• Live in-play bets are subject to slight delays inherent in real-time data feeds. Auiator accepts no liability for bets affected by temporary feed delays during live events.

For slot games, live casino tables, and bingo, game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. Random number generation (RNG) used in slot games and table games is certified for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in individual game information panels.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Auiator platform. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in doing so.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes after withdrawing winnings generated from the deposited funds.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or exploit to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in any game where collusion affects outcomes, such as poker or live casino table games.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or use the platform for any activity inconsistent with its purpose as an entertainment gaming site.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.
• Sharing your account or allowing a third party to operate it on your behalf, regardless of stated purpose.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, Auiator may freeze account funds pending investigation. Funds confirmed as derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Auiator cooperates with payment providers to report and recover funds involved in fraudulent transactions.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Auiator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of account compromise or unauthorised access.
• Extended period of inactivity as defined in the platform's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of terms, any verified real-money PKR balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after applicable checks are completed. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are non-refundable upon account closure unless required otherwise.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Auiator support. Voluntary closures for responsible gaming reasons are processed with priority, and self-exclusion options are available without requiring full account closure.

9 Privacy and Data

Auiator collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to this data processing. The key points are:

• Registration data (name, email, phone, date of birth) is collected to create and manage your account.
• Payment information is processed to facilitate PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider directly and are not stored on Auiator's servers.
• Gameplay data and betting history are retained to resolve disputes and maintain accurate account records.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, Auiator's liability to you in connection with the platform is limited as follows:

• Auiator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses from technical failures, connection interruptions, or temporary unavailability of games.
• Auiator is not responsible for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or any bank.
• In the event of a technical error that causes a game to display an incorrect outcome or credit an incorrect amount, Auiator reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly. Players will be notified of material corrections.
• Auiator makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

Auiator may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account and display a notice on the platform. The updated terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice.

If you continue to use the Auiator platform after the effective date of any update, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
